The labs we work with are UKAS compliant. Fingerpriq also has her own labs to offer a wider range of smart-diagnositics utilizing FDA approved testing metholdogies and protocols. Fingerpriq is available to all adults in the UK. Fingerpriq can only be used by adults and we are unable to process tests for anyone under the age of 18. Please note that an account can not be created for someone under the age of 18. It's a breach of our terms and conditions to attempt to circumvent this restriction, and we have internal procedures in place for handling such instances. We care about your privacy and so we take security very seriously. We use the latest encryption technologies and never share your health data with anyone other than the Medics & Research scientists who review your results within our platform. You can log in to your secure dashboard at any time to review your results. And all your data is stored on secure servers based in the EU. Please be assured that we don't collect or store DNA, blood type or any additional information that hasn't been requested by you. Our labs are UKAS compliant and dispose of your samples within 5 days as per lab policy. The tests carried out on your sample are only those that you agreed to being run. If you do wish to share your results, you can do so either by printing them off using the "view printable results" button on your dashboard, or by downloading a PDF copy of your results via this link.
